" WINTER AT THE BEACH " SOLD

This is such a amazing place to paint . However to paint a beach not full of fun and sun is just wrong. I do feel thought that there is such a great mood to capture in what normally is a very warm place in a cold setting. Winter doesn't take away from the natural beauty of the beach or any other scene. It would be awesome to do a summer scent of the same spot. Will keep you posted on that.

" GOLDEN DAWN " SOLD

As I finished the painting "Golden Fields".  I turned 90 Degrees to my left and this beauty is what I painted that afternoon. The long shadows where covering the road I was on. There it was the remains of a beautiful  oak tree the colors where changing fast and the coolness of the day was showing up in the back ground and sky. This was a great day to paint allot of fun.

"FALL TIME LAKE " SOLD

The only thing missing is the activity usually seen in the summer of boats sailing and children swimming and the sound of fun in the air. That's because this was done last month with the only thing green was the pine trees . Wanted a shot at painting the trees with there winter coats on and fall colors. Also had the pleasure of painting with a good friend on location that day. For an Artist it don't get any better than that.

' Splish Splash " SOLD

This little guy was trying to cool down and clean up. Ran into him while visiting New Orleans this past year. Was having so much fun wanted to try and capture the moment.

" MANHATTAN LIBRARY "

Manhattan library was a very impressing sight and the Lion guarding the entrance really caught my eyes. Worked hard on the values and shadows on this one . Realized I never posted the finished product from an earlier post. I'm almost more interested in knowing what the young lady in the front is reading . What do you thing the title of her book is?
